One of the highlights at the exhibition was the debut of SYSBEL’s new EN Fire-Resistant Battery Charging Cabinet, engineered with:

• 120-minute fire resistance performance

• Compatibility with mainstream power tool battery sizes

• Safe storage & efficient charging capabilities

This innovation directly addresses long-standing industry pain points and significantly enhances the safety of lithium battery charging for professional applications.

The new model received enthusiastic feedback from both new and returning customers, further strengthening SYSBEL’s global brand influence and product competitiveness.

SYSBEL’s single-door EN Fire-Resistant Safety Storage Cabinet passed a 122-minute real-fire test at 1050°C, achieving internal temperature levels far below EN standards.
It earned the world’s first TÜV Rheinland certificate for a 120+ minute fire-resistant cabinet—setting a new benchmark in fire-resistance testing.

During the test:

• The cabinet was evaluated according to the stringent EN 1363-1:2020 standard

• Internal temperatures at 10 thermocouple points remained well below the 200°C limit, achieving an impressive ~40°C safety margin

• Structural integrity remained fully intact throughout the extreme test conditions

This dual breakthrough—in both duration and safety margin—not only establishes a new world record but also marks an important milestone for China’s manufacturing capabilities in high-end fire-resistant storage solutions.
