In every factory or laboratory, there will be a wide variety of chemical substances (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali chemical substances, etc.), and it is very important to scientifically regulate the storage of these chemical substances to prevent accidents. The SYSBEL series of acid-base cabinets mainly include three categories, weak corrosive liquid safety storage cabinets, strong corrosive chemical storage cabinets, and PP strong corrosive chemical storage cabinets. How to choose these three types of products? What is the difference between them?

01 Strong corrosive chemical safety cabinet

SYSBEL fireproof storage cabinet for strong corrosive chemicals, the surface is sprayed with Teflon coating, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand almost all strong acid and alkali corrosion; product structure design meets the requirements of FM6050 standard, and has good fireproof performance .

The cabinet adopts mechanical anti-theft locks in accordance with GA/T 73-2015, double-lock control design, and conforms to China's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals";

●More than 2" (51mm) deep drain tank to prevent the leakage of liquid from overflowing, in line with the leakage specification;

● The unique anti-overflow laminate can effectively prevent chemical leakage from overflowing. The steel laminate has high bearing capacity. The laminate can be adjusted according to the modulus of 7.6cm to increase the space utilization rate;

● Users can choose to install an FM-approved anti-static device (sold separately) to guide static charges into the ground and reduce the risk of fire caused by static sparks.

02 Strong corrosive PP acid and alkali cabinet

●It is made of 8mm thick PP sheet, welded by the same color and the same electrode, with excellent characteristics of acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance;

The interior of the cabinet is formed by integral welding of vertical edges, and the laminates can be freely combined;

●The upper and lower cabinets can be independently stored and managed by sub-regions, making effective use of storage space;

● Each storage space is independently set with ventilation holes, which can be connected to an external ventilation system;

● Set up double lock management.

03 Polyethylene Strong Corrosive Chemical Storage Cabinet

●One-time forming seamless corrosion-resistant acid-base cabinet, providing maximum safe storage protection for you to store strong acid or other strong corrosive chemicals;

●The top can be used as a workbench; the inner side of the door has a certain storage function, which can place small reagent bottles or other items;

●Double lock design helps to achieve double double lock management;

●With splicing function, it can be spliced left and right to form a 24-gallon cabinet, or four cabinets can be spliced together to make a 48-gallon cabinet. The splicing method is flexible, the use efficiency is high, and the operation is simple.

04 Strong corrosive chemical safety cabinet

●The strong corrosive chemical cabinet is based on the design of standard safety cabinet, and has the same characteristics of fire prevention and ventilation as the safety cabinet;

●Adopt electronic code lock + mechanical lock double lock control to improve equipment security;

●It is made of corrosion-resistant PP board, which has excellent properties of strong acid, strong alkali and corrosion resistance;

The overall design of the PP laminate is movable, which can be placed in the appropriate compartment according to the user's needs to meet the diverse choices of users;

● Adopt GA-certified electronic combination lock to effectively control, secure, prevent theft, and prevent accidental collision of hazardous chemicals, in line with the industry standard GA1511-2018.

05 Weak corrosive chemical safety cabinet

●The cabinet is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 1.2mm, with a reasonable structure, and the fire test meets the requirements;

●The lock adopts a three-point linkage type mechanical lock, and has the function of double double lock control; the product is installed in place and runs smoothly;

The height of the internal laminate can be adjusted; there is an adjustment card position, and the laminate can be adjusted as needed; at the same time, a PE plastic tray can be added to the laminate to enhance the anti-corrosion performance;

●The cabinet is provided with ventilation openings, which are located at the lower left and upper right positions of the cabinet, and the ventilation function is good;

● The surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin, the color is blue; the spray thickness meets the requirements, and the paint surface has no scratches and leaks;
