ABS Eyewash Station

The main material of the ABS eyewash station is ASA engineering plastic, which is injection molded for durability. It effectively resists corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. This model is suitable for environments with high concentrations of corrosive substances. The eyewash nozzles are equipped with multi-layer filters that effectively filter out impurities from the water, creating a foam-like water stream that prevents secondary injury to the eyes from impurities or excessive water pressure.

Composite Self-Draining Eyewash Station

The self-draining eyewash station automatically empties the water inside the unit after use. This feature ensures that no water remains inside, preventing corrosion and freezing in low temperatures, thereby ensuring safety and usability.

Composite Eyewash Station

SYSBEL’s composite eyewash station combines a safety shower and an emergency eyewash/face wash unit. One water source can simultaneously meet the needs of washing the entire body, face, and eyes to remove contaminants and hazardous substances. This equipment fully complies with Chinese national standard GB/T 38144.2-2019, American National Standards Institute ANSI Z358.1-2014, and Australian Standard AS 4775-2007. It has also received CSA certification. This series is widely used in factories, research institutes, and universities.

Portable Eyewash Station

The SYSBEL portable eyewash station is made of polyethylene, offering high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, and resistance to heat and cold. Designed ergonomically, it uses gravity to generate water pressure, delivering water to two eyewash nozzles. It is suitable for outdoor or work environments without water supply facilities and can be wall-mounted as needed, providing timely professional protection.

Desktop Faucet Eyewash Station

This product comes with a built-in faucet and can be installed on standard faucet interfaces. Made of thickened copper with electroplating, it offers excellent resistance to oil, acids, alkalis, and hydrochloric acid solutions.

Portable Eyewash Station Sink

In environments without piping, the eyewash station sink can be used for washing eyes and face. The internal water connections are flexible hoses, connected to the water inlet and drainage pipes.

Wall-Mounted Eyewash Station

Suitable for installation on walls or directly fixed on appropriately sized vertical pipes, it can be externally connected to drainage components to guide and discharge washing liquids, keeping the floor clean and tidy.

Pedestal-Mounted Eyewash Station

The SYSBEL pedestal-mounted eyewash/face wash station can be directly installed and fixed to the floor, requiring no wall support.

Handheld Eyewash Station

The SYSBEL handheld rinsing unit can be installed on laboratory countertops as a supplementary device according to ANSI Z358.1-2014, serving to rinse eyes, face, and body. However, it cannot replace other emergency washing equipment like emergency eyewash stations and safety showers.

Explosion-Proof Electrically Heated Eyewash Station

Made primarily of 304 stainless steel, the explosion-proof electrically heated eyewash station offers strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and oil-based chemicals. All electrical components are explosion-proof, achieving an overall explosion-proof rating of Exd IICT6. It functions effectively even in environments as cold as -45°C.

Electrically Heated Eyewash Station

The electrically heated emergency shower and eyewash unit is designed for both indoor and outdoor frost-resistant use, providing emergency aid and primary treatment. For regions like East China, Central China, and Southwest China, where winter frost layers are typically 20-30 cm deep, the water inlet pipes are insulated to prevent freezing. The SYSBEL electrically heated eyewash station can operate in environments as cold as -50°C. The unit is constructed of 304 stainless steel pipes, heating tapes, temperature controllers, air safety controllers, alarm devices, water flow control switches, internal insulation layers, external insulation layers, and a 304 stainless steel shell. It is manufactured according to the CE-DIN12899-UN19608 standard.

Emergency Shower Room

The SYSBEL emergency shower room is manufactured according to the CE-DIN12899-UN19608 standard. In the event of chemical spills or toxic substances on the body, face, or eyes, or clothing fires, the emergency shower can minimize harm. The eyewash nozzles are equipped with protective rubber covers to prevent direct contact with metal nozzles, avoiding secondary injury. The entire emergency eyewash and shower equipment complies fully with ANSI Z358.1-2014 and Australian Standard AS 4775-2007.
