SYSBEL The intelligent safety charging cabinet produced is suitable for the storage and charging of electric tool batteries. The product strictly follows the FM6050 standard fire protection structure design, and meets the requirements of the American Occupational Safety and Health Association OSHA 1910.101 and the American Fire Protection Association NFPA 58 regulations.

Previously, we introduced our Double Door Smart Safe Charging Cabinet, model WA810454. Today, I’m excited to present SYSBEL’s latest product, the Single Door Smart Safe Charging Cabinet, model WA810224.

Meet the standards and test requirements 
1. Safety specifications: "Standards for Electricity Safety Safety of Construction Projects Construction Site" GB 50194- 2014 provides safety specifications for construction site power consumption, including the safety requirements of power distribution rooms, power distribution cabinets, and the use of electric construction machinery. 2. Battery and charger safety: National Standard GB/T 34570.2-2017 "Electric Tools for Charger Pack and Charger Part 2: Safety of Chargers" stipulates that electric tools can rechargeable battery packs and chargers for electric tools. Safety requirements. 
3. Specifications for lithium ion battery: SJ/T 11809-2022 "Specifications for Lithium ion battery and battery pack for electric tools" stipulates the electrical performance, safety, identification, quality assessment, packaging and transportation of lithium ion batteries and battery packs for electric tools. It is required that the standard is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and has been implemented on January 1, 2023.

Features: 
1. The top of the cabinet is configured with frequency conversion and low -power axis flowers for exhaust operations to effectively discharge the heat generated by the battery charging. At the same time, the diagonal dual -channel air pipe design can be used, which can make the exhaust wind efficiency more efficient. 
2. Standard four groups of 8 new national standard industrial -grade PDU cabinet power sockets, separate line control, effectively prevent line overload and short circuit, and provide safety guarantee for battery charging. 
3. High -precision temperature and humidity transmitter, adopt an import sensor, support RS485 signal output, and meet the IP65 high protection level. 
The temperature and humidity value of the cabinet can be monitored in real time under the power -on state. When the temperature and humidity exceed the limited value of the settings, the built -in beeurizer automatically alarm. 
4. Independent light -sensitive smoke detectors are installed on the top of the cabinet, which is preferably fire -certified flame retardant material, which has a sensitive response. When the smoke detector detects the smoke, the bee tweee on the front of the cabinet will emit sound and light alarm; at the same time, the axis flowers will automatically stop working to prevent the smoke from leakage.
