The SYSBEL Battery Emergency Safety Storage Box is designed as a last-line containment solution for damaged, overheated, or high-risk batteries. By integrating explosion isolation, active cooling, pressure relief, and real-time monitoring, it helps control battery incidents before they spread beyond the enclosure.

Unlike conventional battery cabinets, this solution is purpose-built for emergency response scenarios, including:

The cabinet adopts a multi-layer safety architecture to address the full chain of battery hazards:

Explosion & Pressure Control

A reinforced 5 mm steel outer shell combined with an internal lining structure helps absorb and isolate explosion impact.
Top-mounted explosion vent and pressure relief valve prevent dangerous overpressure buildup inside the enclosure.

Fire & Corrosion Resistance

Fire-resistant and anti-corrosion lining materials protect the cabinet structure during prolonged exposure to high temperatures, while intumescent fire seals at all door joints expand under heat to enhance fire containment.


Active Cooling Capability

A 2” water inlet interface on the lid allows direct connection to standard fire hydrants, enabling rapid water injection to cool overheated batteries.
The bottom drain outlet with ball valve supports controlled discharge once the water level reaches a safe threshold.

Real-Time Visibility During Critical Moments

During battery emergencies, visibility is essential for decision-making:

  • Integrated temperature monitoring on the lid (0–800°C) provides real-time thermal feedback

  • Front-mounted liquid level gauge made of high-borosilicate glass allows clear observation of internal water levels

These features support safer, more informed emergency handling.

Designed for Handling, Transport & Heavy Loads

The storage box is engineered for both containment and logistics:

  • Internal battery brackets accommodate batteries of varying sizes

  • Gas spring-assisted lid enables safer opening and closing

  • Four heavy-duty casters, each rated at 1000 kg, support high-load mobility

  • Integrated forklift slots allow efficient relocation during emergencies
