SYSBEL has expanded its flammable liquid storage range with two new 304 stainless steel safety cabinets — the WA810120Gy and WA810450Gy — purpose-built for semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, and other contamination-sensitive facilities where standard powder-coated steel cabinets fall short.

Conventional flammable storage cabinets rely on a powder-coated steel finish. While effective for fire resistance, the coating sheds fine particles every time the doors open and close, gradually degrading the cleanliness class of a controlled environment. For semiconductor manufacturers and laboratories operating under strict particle-count requirements, this trade-off is no longer acceptable. SYSBEL's new stainless steel series removes that compromise entirely.

Built for Zero-Particle, Contamination-Free Storage

Both cabinets are manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel with a bright-polished finish — free of dust, powder coating, and other contaminating particles — while still meeting the fire-resistance and spill-containment standards expected of a certified flammable storage cabinet.

• Double-wall fire-resistant construction: 1.2mm 304 stainless steel, fully welded with a 38mm insulating air gap between the walls.
• Three-point stainless steel locking system: minimizes door friction to prevent particle generation during use.

WA810450Gy — Full-Size Double-Door Cabinet (45 Gal / 170L)

The WA810450Gy is built for central chemical storage rooms and larger labs that need to organize a full range of flammable solvents. It features double doors and two adjustable shelves rated to 100kg. It offers a 45 Gal / 170L capacity in a 165 × 109 × 46 cm footprint.
