SYSBEL 90 Minute Fire Resistant Safety Battery Charging Cabinet SE490120B

Product features：
1. The cabinet structure complies with EN 14470 - 1 standard with a 90 - minute fire - resistance, effectively protecting against fire hazards both inside and outside the cabinet.
2. A smoke detection alarm is installed inside the cabinet, which is linked to an LED status indicator or an audible and visual alarm.
3. The shelves are made of steel and perforated for better heat dissipation and air circulation.
4. Standard - equipped with PDU industrial sockets, and can be replaced with sockets of different national standards according to customer requirements, such as European - standard sockets, British - standard sockets, etc.
5. Fire - resistant cable connection ports are provided, and the cable connections inside and outside the cabinet are sealed with fire - resistant mastic.
6. Operating voltage of the cabinet: AC 220V/50Hz.
7. Diameter of the exhaust ventilation pipe: 75mm.
8. National standard cables and installation specifications are adopted to effectively avoid safety hazards caused by circuit fires.

The following content complies with VDMA 24994:2024-08 Test Requirements for Fire Resistant Storage Cabinets for Lithium-Ion Batteries under Thermal Runaway Conditions.
1) The internal temperature shall not exceed 60 degrees Celsius to avoid overheating when a large number of batteries are charged simultaneously.
2) The battery cabinet must be equipped with a smoke detector.
3) The external temperature of the battery cabinet shall not exceed 150 degrees Celsius to prevent the items placed above from catching fire due to high temperature.
4) The battery cabinet shall not emit flames in case of fire.
