WA990120F — Battery Transport Box (Fire-resistant and corrosion- resistant version)

Battery Safety Storage and Transportation Cases are primarily designed for the secure handling and movement of batteries. They are widely used across various industries, including new energy vehicles, electric vessels, energy storage systems, photovoltaic and wind power, consumer electronics, and power tools. These cases support both lithium-ion and lead-acid battery systems, ensuring safe storage and transportation for batteries.


Product Features:
1.The product is welded from high-strength quality steel plates, with the main body material thickness not less than 2mm and load-bearing components not less than 2.5mm, ensuring a robust structure and strong load-bearing capacity that effectively resists deformation under internal and external pressure.
2.The interior interlayer is equipped with Class A flame-retardant fireproof material, and fireproof expansion material is applied at the gaps, providing excellent overall fire resistance. (Fireproof & Corrosion-Resistant Model)

3.The interior of the box is lined with corrosion-resistant polypropylene (PP) board, which is resistant to corrosion and insulated, effectively preventing battery leakage corrosion or discharge hazards. (Fireproof & Corrosion-Resistant Model)

4.Featuring a stackable structure design, the bottom allows forklift insertion, and the top can be stacked or hoisted, facilitating transportation while increasing space utilization.

5.The box lid can be opened upward with a range of 0-120 ° , and can be fixed at two positions—88 ° and 120 ° —for convenient storage and retrieval of items.
6.The left side of the box is equipped with an SDS document storage compartment for easy storage and retrieval of documents.
7.The maximum length and width of the box are designed according to ISO 6780 pallet dimensions, making it convenient for transportation and handling.

8.The bottom of the box is pre-drilled with mounting holes for optional heavy-duty casters, facilitating easy movement of the box.
