The main material of the eyewash is made of 304 stainless steel, and the stainless steel has undergone pickling passivation treatment, which has stronger corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and oil chemicals.

The outer wall of the pipeline adopts a thermally conductive aluminum layer to wrap the electric heating cable on the outer wall of the eye washer pipeline, which effectively ensures that the heat of the electric heating cable is evenly conducted to all the pipeline surfaces of the eye washer. The heat loss of the heating cable is minimized, effectively ensuring that the eyewash pipe is in a constant temperature state. The temperature control system adopts a thermal resistance temperature controller, and the factory setting temperature is 35°C (adjustable temperature). When the temperature of the eyewash pipe is higher than 35°C, the electric heating cable will automatically cut off and stop heating. It forms a dual temperature control system with the self-limiting electric heating cable to ensure the safety of the equipment.

The shell is made of new high-quality non-toxic ASA modified plastic, which has been treated with modified acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, so it does not fade, does not age, has a long service life, and has excellent weather resistance. It will not affect its performance when used in an environment of minus 45 degrees. And it has the characteristics of anti-corrosion of chemical substances such as strong acid, alkali, salt, oil and so on. It is suitable for use outdoors and in some harsh environments.
