Poly Spill Decks
The poly spill deck is lower than the pallet, thus saving the space, improving the safety, efficiency and facilitating handling of oil drums and chemical drums. Generally, the poly spill deck is used for storing oil drums,chemical drums. etc., instead of transferring such containers.When instaled in a workshop,the spill deck can be used for various operations (oil extracting, flling and separating,etc), as a platform. It is also equipped with the same grate and drain holes. Various decks can be assembled to form a stable and reliable workstation.

Poly Spill Pallets
The poly spill pallet is actually a spill-proof plastic pallet with Control sump and forklift groove. It can be used for storing, handling and transferring oil drums and chemical drums. All liquid leaking out will flow into the sump rather than the ground. With the supporting ramp, chemical drums can be handled easily and quickly. The high-strength mobile and removable grate is easy to remove, clean and replace. Liquid in the sump can be discharged through the leakage holes, and most of liquid can be recycled. New upgraded 4-Drum pallet is equipped with forklift trucks with a width of 550 mm and 650 mm on the vertical side. Fork groove, to facilitate customer operations. The pallet is surrounded by a stacking limit. Multiple pallets can be accurately stacked and packed for transportation, which is convenient for forklift truck transshipment and maximizes the transportation efficiency. Save space and transport costs.

Splicing Type Poly Sill Decks
The PE spill decks produced by SYSBEL is HDPE injection molded with precision moulds and therefore robust and reliable.The PE decks can prevent leakage of most chemicals, including acids, alkalis and other highly corrosive substances, thus making it more suitable for storing oll drums, drums of chemicals and other containers. The PE decks comply with relevant standards of EPA and each country. They contribute to environmental protecton during normal use by comprehensively reducing the risk of water environment and soil pollution. By adopting the reinforced structure design, the spill decks is featured with high load bearing capacity, high safety and high stability. The decks accurately restricts the gratings on the periphery, thereby facilitating easy installation, removal and cleaning of the gratings. Meanwhile, the gratings for PE decks are highly robust and corrosion resistant and have undergone surface roughening to effectively enhance surface friction, thus ensuring stable storage of drums. Moreover, holes in the gratings can effectively avoid possible accidental splash of dangerous chemicals during filling, subpackaging or storage.
The decks has fork pockets 550 mm and 650 mm wide lengthwise to facilitate operations by the customer. With stacking restrictions on four sides, multiple decks can be accurately stacked and packaged for transport, which not only facilitates transfer with forklift but also saves space and transport costs as far as possible.
There is room reserved for drain hole on the pallet, where hole can be made and drain valve installed according to local laws, making it convenient for customers to use.

Steel Spill Pallets
The steel spill pallet can also be used for storing, handling and separating oil drums and chemical drums.
It is made of 3mm hot-rolled steel plate,stable and durable. The pallet body is coated with epoxy resin powder,
forming a bright, dust-proof, rust-proof and moisture-proof surface. The fberglass-reinforced grate of light
weight, high strength, wear resistance and aging resistance can be removed for easy cleaning. The pallet
can meet the handling needs of various forklifts. The cart type two-drum pallet, with large sump capacity,
is more convenient to operate.It is designed in accordance with the leakage containing standards,and has
passed the 100% leakage containing test. With the drum bracket at the pallet center, the load can be
distributed, thus achieving higher performance.The 3/4"NPT (hex) ball valve in standard configuration is
installed in the leakage hole in order to transfer the leaking liquid and facilitate the operation. The user
is allowed to remove the bottom plug to fully discharge liquid and clean the pallet.
